ICL’s Developments Among Innovative Solutions of the IT Industry of the Republic of Tatarstan
At the final meeting of the Collegium of the Ministry of Information and Communications of the Republic of Tatarstan, ICL presented two own solutions that may soon find use at the enterprises of the RT and the RF.
The track record of Tatarstan’s IT industry in 2016 and the tasks for 2017 were discussed at the enlarged meeting of the Collegium of the Ministry of Information and Communications of the Republic of Tatarstan. The Event was held in Innopolis. Rustam Minnikhanov, the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, and Roman Shaikhutdinov, the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Minister of Information and Communications of the Republic of Tatarstan, participated in the meeting.
At the exhibition grounds, 11 stands demonstrating the most innovative developments of Tatarstan companies were arranged. ICL presented 2 solutions: Automated System for Loading and Metering for refineries and Security Operation Centre that will be opened at the Company’s premises in March and will render services of information security monitoring to enterprises all over Russia.
The Automated System for Loading and Metering developed together with TANECO JSC has already been applied at one of the release points of the enterprise and replaced the existing German-made system.
According to Aidar Guzairov, Deputy General Director for Business Development, ICL, the through capacity of TANECO’s terminal increased by 15% up to 300 road tankers per day after the implementation of the product.
«The system developed by us enables to manage traffic by preventing queuing, and thanks to high level of automation, risk of personnel’s mistakes is reduced. At the same time, it costs much less than foreign solutions in maintenance. This solution will be in demand at enterprises of fuel and energy complex as well as industrial enterprises, as it provides a clear path for adding new functionality to ICS systems without expensive equipment upgrades», he elaborated.
