Every business, public agency or company – regardless of its size – has its own operating and administrative structure. As a rule, the structure includes management and administration, accounting, HR management, sales division etc. In case of a large organization, along with the main divisions it may have affiliates, representative offices, distributors. Its activity is the interaction of the above mentioned divisions, communications flow, data and documents interchange, i.e. a variety of business processes.
Success of an organization depends directly on its business processes efficiency.
To provide the required efficiency, ICL-KME CS offers the following business process automation systems:
OfficeMedia is a low-priced box solution designed for small and midsize enterprises. It is aimed at workgroups of 50-70 users and those companies and organizations whose main objective is to identify a problem and fix it in time (e.g. municipal and regional authorities, higher educational establishments and other educational institutions, public utilities etc.);
CompanyMedia is designed for large and midsize public agencies and commercial organizations. Typical system buyer is supposed to be an organization with head offices, regional representative offices, affiliates and numerous manufacturing, commercial enterprises and distributors (banks, ministries and agencies, airlines companies, communications and telecommunications agencies, wholesalers etc.);
CompanyMedia-StarterPack (a dedicated program). It is aimed at those companies which would like to implement an efficient and effective workflow system but can neither go to the expense of the project start nor allow a large number of workplaces. Besides, the program will become indispensable for the organizations that want to deploy a pilot system to test it using real documents, and for making final decision regarding CompanyMedia purchase.
The systems are based on Lotus Notes\Domino from IBM.
