ICL-КME CS developed its own configurations based on 1С: Enterprise 7.7 platform:
Accounting System (abbreviated in Russian as “АСБУ”) is formally registered as software tool for PC by ROSPATENT, with the appropriate certificate issued;
ICL: HR Management;
Unified Report Generator for 1С:Enterprise awarded the 1С Compatibility certificate.
These solutions are replicated software products fully adapted to the specifics of accounting standards, with the customization option to meet the Customer’s requirements.
To implement any system, especially computer-based accounting system for corporations with multiple business units (holdings), ICL-КME CS has designed a corporate standard — Software Implementation and Support Technology. According to this document, implementation and support are continuous processes and include the following stages:
Implementation:
Initial investigation of the respective activities in the Holding’s HQ and its business units;
Automation project development with regard to the specifics of accounting;
Training all personnel categories in the training centre with certificate issuing;
Software implementation in accordance with work-oriented schedule;
Commencement of software support.
Support:
Running the master version of software;
Monitoring program documentation;
Help desk services including ‘hot line’;
Failure simulation;
Operational monitoring;
Functionality update and software upgrade.
The proposed technology is not linked to any particular software (such as Tekton, BEST, 1C, МАХ, etc). To implement the software system, the standard is ammended, on the Customer’s request, to meet the specifics both of the system being implemented and the holding itself. This amendment to the standard can be used by another subcontractor to implement any software suite.
The implementation of Software Implementation and Support Technology standard provides the following benefits:
