ICL-KME CS is engaged in serial production of computers, servers and laptops under its own RAY brand since 1993. We have production capacity for up to 100,000 computers per year. All computers made by ICL-KME CS are RF GOSSTANDARD compliant with health and safety certificates available. ICL-KME CS received an ISO 9001:2000 certificate in 2001. Today, its quality management system (QMS) meets the requirements of Russia’s national standards – GOST R ISO 9001-2001 and GOST RV 15.002-2003. Accredited buyer representation of the Ministry of Defense of the RF is open at the company. ICL-KME CS authorised over eighty IT companies within the territory of the Russian Federation for servicing computers of its own brand.
