ICL-KME CS To Take Part in AKTO 2010 Aerospace Exhibition

ICL-KME CS experts will inform attendees about application of information technologies in the present-day aircraft industry at the exhibition “Aerospace Technologies. Modern Material and Equipment. Kazan 2010” (AKTO 2010).

The main purpose of the exhibition which will be held for the fifth time this year is to facilitate revival of aircraft and aerospace industries as the most important components of the Russian economy. AKTO 2010 will take place at Kazanskaya Yarmarka Exhibition Center on August 10–13. The event is held by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation and the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Within the framework of the aerospace exhibition, the 5th international conference “Modern Technologies and Material as a Key Link in Reviving National Aircraft Making” will be held. The conference schedule includes a teleconference with the northern capital of the Russian Federation providing an opportunity for exhibition attendees to watch the air show opening in Saint Petersburg.

During AKTO 2010, ICL-KME CS will have its exhibition stand at Kazanskaya Yarmarka where our experts will showcase solutions developed to enhance management efficiency at aircraft making companies. The reports titled “Production Management Optimization in Aircraft Industry: Best Practices” and “Applying State-of-the-Art Information Technologies to Production Management at Aircraft Making Companies” will be presented at the plenary session and at one of nine conference sessions.

For the first time a contest “3D-Art Design in Aircraft Making” will be held within the framework of the exhibition. Artem Suryaninov, CAD Team Lead, Manufacturing Systems and Corporate Solutions, ICL-KME CS has been appointed to assess 3D-art designs submitted for the contest.
