ICL-KME CS Facilitates Business of Fishing Village in Arsk
ICL-KME CS, one of the largest IT companies in Russia, implemented Fishing Village Mall & Hotel computerization project in Arsk (the Republic of Tatarstan). Fishing Village Mall & Hotel include a restaurant, a pool room, an open-air cafe, dance floor, a 4-storeyed hotel, 11 guest houses etc. These are owned by OJSC Vamin Tatarstan (the largest dairy food corporation in Tatarstan Republic).
The decision was made by Vamin CEO at the end of 2009. Its main objective was creation of a single information space inside the Mall & Hotel.
Choice of a partner company was dictated by the capability of providing a comprehensive business automation services, implementation experience, testimonials and references of customers, availability of a complete solution and its integration with the existing accounting system.
The implementation was performed using solutions from UCS (Moscow), a leading Russian provider of restaurant and hotel management solutions. Note that ICL-KME CS is an UCS authorized dealer in Tatarstan and Chuvashia.
Restaurant management system deployed in Fishing Village encompasses all required functionality to facilitate business processes and to provide a comprehensive control. The system enables management of seating and servicing, cooking process, available staff, food and beverage consumption, inventory control and procurement planning.
Installation in the hotel allows automation of their day-to-day operations such as room bookings, reservations, check-in or checkout, billing etc.
Management system installed in the Pool Room automates charges for time on the basis of current rates as well as pool table lighting.
Special emphasis was placed on staff training. Training was conducted by professional experts using special techniques to ensure high level of customer satisfaction.
